New Client Information

Investing in your mental health is the first step towards recovery. Once identified, your individualized treatment may include routine screening labs to help ensure your medical health is not impacting your mental health. We take a collaborative approach by attempting to work with your existing providers (e.g. therapists, primary healthcare providers, specialists) to verify the appropriateness, efficacy and safety of your treatment needs. The journey towards recovery can be a difficult one, but once you have made the commitment, we will be there to support you.

OUR APPOINTMENT POLICIES AND PRICES

We do not accept insurance at this facility. This gives our clinic the advantage of being able to provide the highest quality of care independent of health insurance restrictions. However, we will work with your insurance company to help you get your lab work and medication costs covered to the best of our ability. Superbills can be provided to certain commercially insured clients upon request after their appointment has been completed.

SCHEDULING

To reserve your appointment time, payment is due in full when the appointment is scheduled which typically is at least one week prior to the appointment. Payment is non-refundable. If you need to change your appointment, you must give notice at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Otherwise, you will be considered a no-show and will not be reimbursed.

INITIAL INTAKE APPOINTMENT

$450 plus tax

Your initial evaluation will be in-person with Dr. Burbano and typically lasts 90 minutes to several hours. Please plan accordingly.

ONE-HOUR FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENT

$300 plus tax

30-MINUTE FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENT

$200 plus tax

*Telehealth sessions may be available for follow up appointments.
